FBI checks, in person in South Florida

An FBI background check — formally an Identity History Summary — is one of the most commonly requested documents for use abroad. Foreign employers, immigration authorities, licensing boards and adoption agencies ask for it constantly. We run FBI checks in person, by appointment, at our West Palm Beach and Miami offices: we take your fingerprints, submit them through an FBI-approved channel, and, if you need the report overseas, carry it straight through to apostille.

FBI background checks are in person only. Not near South Florida, or already have your report? Mail it to us for the apostille — $299.

What we handle

• Fingerprint capture at our office, so your submission is accepted the first time.
• Electronic submission through an FBI-approved channeler for the fastest possible turnaround.
• The completed Identity History Summary, returned to you.

How it works

1. Book an appointment at our West Palm Beach or Miami office — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
2. We take your fingerprints and submit them through an approved channel.
3. The report is issued, typically within one to two business days of a clean submission.
4. If you need it abroad, we apostille it and return everything together.

Common uses

Work visas, permanent residency applications, foreign adoption, professional licensing abroad, and citizenship-by-descent files all routinely require an apostilled FBI background check. If your destination is a Hague country, an apostille is enough; if not, it needs embassy legalization, which we also handle.
